Choosing the Right Size for Your Bed
The most flattering placement is a large rug tucked two-thirds beneath the bed, extending 50–70cm beyond the sides and foot. This frames the bed and creates a warm landing zone when you step out in the morning.
- Double bed: 200×300cm (or 8×10 ft in the US)
- King bed: 250×350cm (or 9×12 ft in the US)
- Super king / oversized rooms: 300×400cm or larger
- Compact rooms: two runners either side of the bed
